• Matching creators with relevant brand campaigns
• Facilitating content creation and distribution
• Processing payments to content creators
• Providing resources and community support
• Campaign performance analytics and reporting

Creator Responsibilities

Content creators using our platform agree to:

• Create original, high-quality content following campaign guidelines
• Disclose sponsored content according to FTC guidelines
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables
• Maintain professional communication with brands
• Not engage in fraudulent activities or fake engagement
• Respect intellectual property rights

Brand Responsibilities

Brands using our platform agree to:

• Provide clear campaign briefs and requirements
• Make timely payments as agreed upon
• Respect creator artistic freedom within guidelines
• Provide necessary brand assets and information
• Communicate feedback constructively and professionally

Payment Terms

For content creators:

• Payments are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer
• Minimum payout threshold is $50
• Tax responsibilities are the creator's obligation
• Disputes must be reported within 30 days

Content Guidelines

All content must:

• Comply with platform policies of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Be appropriate for general audiences unless specified
• Not promote illegal activities or harmful behavior
• Include proper disclosure of sponsorship
• Respect copyright and trademark laws

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use fake accounts or misrepresent identity
• Engage in spam, harassment, or abusive behavior
• Share login credentials or account access
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees
• Reverse engineer or copy our platform

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, outstanding payments will be processed according to our payment schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Clipping Club provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about campaign success, earnings potential, or platform availability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
